Ease physical, mental, emotional and spiritual discomfort through the divine energy that flows naturally through the body, mind and spirit. Most disease is caused by 'dis-ease' that we all experience daily. Many times, pain and discomfort can be alleviated by clearing the 'dis-ease', or freeing blocked energies within our bodies. The same methods, altered slightly, also work wonderfully for animals and even plants. Reiki is not massage.
